Whu am i still bleeding with white dots on the dressing when i change it a week after my surgery?

i had a t******l removed a week ago now and im still bleeding a lil bit and im starting to see lil white dots with the blood when i remove the dressing. Is this normal a week after surgery? Also it smeels really bad. what is going on??

might be the wound cleaning itself out or it could be an infection ...  I would recommend contacting the administering physician ...

bad smells can accompany the area not being washed while stitches are in, but bad smell is also a sign of infection ...  it is too iffy, contact your doctor, a follow up should be routine ...
