I've done surveys for some time now and created a site that has everything I know about free online surveys. It has  videos tutorial, legit survey sites that have paid me along with proof of payment, and contact info if you want more guidance or have questions.

Best bet is to check out a site that has a lot of credentials. Try http://www.squidoo.com/legitpaidsurveys they have lots of good information and awesome reviews on the survey programs. Also they listed the survey programs known to be scams so its a good source.

they do not use paypal but they send you a check in the mail..i have been using it for the pass year..it's pretty good..and the price per survey varies..
