Why, even though public, are my photos on flickr only showing for me?

I uploaded a photo on flickr and can see it in the group pools it's in. however, when i sign out/sign into another account, it doesn't show up. it's set to public and I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. could anyone help me out? thanks.

It would have helped if you had given us a link to check.

As it is, this is my guess:

sign in under the other account, and hit Ctrl and F5, perhaps you just need to clear your cache.
