Question:

Why, in most pasta dishes, are the tails left on the shrimp??

I think it would made the dishes more enjoyable, rather then picking out the shrimp to remove the tails.

  1. I think its so you can hold on to it while you dip it in sauce or eat it.


  2. Some people eat shrimp tails.  I think it is weird, but my husband says I'm the weird one for not eating them.

    It also might add more flavor.
