  1. i was not aware that blinking when your eyes are closed is possible.

  3. when you shut your eyes, you not blinking your just tightening your muscles:)

  4. The purpose of blinking is to lubricate your eyes. If you did not keep them lubricated when your eyes were closed your lid would get stuck to your eyeball which would be painful nd potentially dangerous.
