Why ,SL cricket board even dropped Super old man Jayasuriya & marvelous Marvan?

Why such a big country has to suffer bcoz ,they vehemently maintains 4 old guys in cricket?

Dont they have young blood , or is it LACK of indian young blood?

If a player is performing well there is no matter with the race. All the SriLankan have a great respect about Murali. So pls don't talk about the race of any international player.
