  2. if you are not working at a 25/hour mcdonalds then it is unsafe for ANYONE to leave before closing. Staggered exiting only! this applies at all mcdonalds that are not 24 hours.

  3. It's for safety reasons i could understand for anyone under 17 but 17 i think it is kinds wierd i dont know

  4. That's crazy...I saw a kid get talked to by his manager for this exact reason and she said it was unsafe for everyone.  I felt bad for the kid.

  5. safety

i know crazy but you are being safe

  6. it's for safety

  7. the only reason I could see is for safety..

  8. Mainly for the safety of everyone in that franchise. It is not just for the 17's or any one person. There is a lot more safety and security in numbers. Your manager is looking out for everyone at that location. The days cash receipts are still there and will attract unsavory people intent on getting some easy money. Sometimes at an awful cost to you and your friends and associates. You also say 12:30 'ish which is really 00:30 am. No daylight at that time. Speak to the manager and possibly change your duty hours to coincide with the end of the shift. Maybe one day you will be a manager and then have to apply the same rules for the same reason.

  9. Basically yes. As you are a minor sitll. He is responsible for your safety until a certain time.
