  1. I think because work now a days don't give a great purpose in life, but they like to use up all our energy as much as they can for the pay and time... aghhh

Religion has a greater purpose, and is constant with its values and rewards.

Yes the 5 prayers are obligatory and must not be missed!!!  If one misses it, they must ask for forgiveness and make up for it.  And one must not deliberately keep missing... specially through ignorance (i.e. sleeping late at night for no reason).

  2. Personally, waking up for religion has a far more fulfilling purpose than earning my share in this world. Waking up for my prayer is ensuring my safety in a place where loneliness and judgment will prevail eventually.

And if you oversleep, to my understanding, you can pray Kazah (Make-Up prayer) for the missed prayer.

I'm not a scholar. I suggest you look further into a scholarly opinion for your question.

  3. Miracle! and for ur second question......duh!

  4. I think it's because religion is something that you are more happy about than going to work.  When you have a more positive outlook on whatever you are getting out of bed to do I think it effects your sleepiness :)

  5. All thanks to Allah..  :)

&Yes, you are required to ask for forgiveness.

  6. Actually no ,  most people I know care more about waking up early for work and I seldom find Muslims care about waking up early for fajr prayer , the majority of Muslims around me don't .

For me I feel so bad if I missed the Fajr prayer and I try my best never to miss it .
