  1. Its the distance of the holes...executive courses typically have much shorter holes than a championship course. They usually make the executive courses where land is at a premium.


  2. They are called that because the "executive" set  would go at "lunch" to play. Also, it's not "g*y" to play these courses. Golf is golf. People get way to tied up in the surroundings and forget about the game. You play one shot at a time, no matter where it is. No matter what kind of place it is. No matter of the length or the condition. Just play.

  3. Because top executives who sit on their fat butts all day, haven't got the fitness level required to walk around 18 holes.

  4. It Was Initially A Course Of 9 Holes With Shorter Holes, Now Some Are 18 Holes. But They Are g*y, Fun Only If The Big Courses Are Crowded.
