Why Adam Gilchrist shold join ICL? since he is playing well for Deccans?

Gilchrist is one of the best Ausiee player and has scored many a runs in his IPL tournaments.win or defeat is not the creteria to assess a best player since it is the the total team effort

He cannot join ICL as according to agreement terms with IPL, he has to play in IPL for minimum 3 years.
