If your question is supposed to say why is Africa suffering when they have natural resource's, and why are they in need? 1 Reason is because a lot of Africa doesn't have natural resources and is located in the tropics and deserts. The country is suffering because of guerrilla warfare, and also because in the past it was imperialized by so many different countries it never got a chance to industrialize on it's own and create 1 government or be independent.
