Why Am I ALWAYS Cold When I Get Out Of The Pool?? Temperature outside is like 70s 80s.?

I am a 16 year old girl. Why am I always cold when I get out of the pool?? I wear a hoodie when i get out of the pool with pants. The temperature outside(not in pool) is in the 70s almost 80s. Why am I always Cold when I get out of the pool?

  2. When you get out of water, it starts to evaporate from your skin. When the water evaporates, it "takes" the warmth from your skin with it. This is why when football players get really hot and look like they're going to pass out a coach might put rubbing alcohol on their arms or legs. Alcohol evaporates much faster than water, and this helps cool them down. As a girl, though, this typically sucks because you probably just shaved your legs to look good when you get into the pool in the first place!

  4. Its normal.  As soon as you get out of the pool the water starts to evaporate and it cools your skin.. this is why we sweat when hot.. as the sweat evaporates, it helps cool your body.
