  1. No all are killed. But when so much money, fame and poser are involved, stuff like that happens. Always has and always will. It's how that game is played.

  2. They threaten the status quo and must be eliminated

  3. Because these Idealists caused people to THINK.  And that's a dangerous thing to the powers that be.

  4. because this world is afraid to be overcomed by those who fight with peace instead of violance and make them lose their power or authority

  5. Simply the society doesn't want people thinking with own head 'cause if so, you're too dangerous. The material hand of those killings is always a fanatic who thinks the society will applaud him, but usually they give him the back.

  6. Not one answer is close. The reason is that they're created as heroes by the elitists, and then killed to create marytrs, and to some gods.Ghandi had his own personal railcar as he preached to the poor, among many other hypocrisies.JFK spent more time philandering than running the nation. And everyone knows about MLK.http://www.etherzone.com/2004/stang01160... http://tworca.org/civilrights.html

  7. I think it is because all of the people you mentioned had great ability to challenge and motivate people to action, especially MLK and Gandhi with their ability to prove that non-aggression and the power of the masses could effect political and social change.

For those who felt the masses could be controlled only by force or by being kept in ignorance, this approach was so foreign to them, they didn't know how to deal with it, except to eliminate them.

  8. Because they challenge those in power, with great authority.

They wish to change the staus quo.
