Why Are My Teeth Starting To Fall Out At 12?

I have a feeling in someway it may just be a 'Growing Up' thing but it really freaks me out. I usually to the dentists 1 time a year.

just please help me out!

Obviously, it's normal to lose baby or starter teeth.  I doubt it's an adult tooth you are losing.  Sometimes teeth just SEEM loose, since they aren't glued to your bones, but fitted tightly into the gums, with an root.  It's may be another baby tooth, or else you smacked it on something really hard. Don't push it too hard. The teeth are meant to be a little bit loose, so they can give a bit.  Mention it to your mom or dad and see a dentist early if there is pain.  Either way, don't worry, dentists nowadays can fix just about anything.
