Why Are There Always White Spots On The Lense Of My Glasses?

I clean them every morning yet by the end of the day the lenses have small white dots on them...i don't know what this is?

it's dried water residue. tears  or rain cause it

Posssibly specks (sorry for the pun)  of salt.  Your eyes are bathed in a liquid and maybe some of that spurts out onto your lens evaportes and leaves the salt behind
