I tried replacing my amber light on my atv trailer and there was one little spark now non of my trailer lights are working. Also I think it messed up something in my Passport because the door opener is not working.

  1. maybe someone is trying to murder you.

  2. You blowed fuse. And most likely you don"t have tailes on you passport. It may be blow in the fuse box under dast or under the hood. Change it and you should be in good shape.

  3. Fuse blown. Usually the fuses for trailer functions are under the hood by the battery. But depending on the make and model of your vehicle, sometimes they are with the fuses under the steering wheel or behind a panel on the passengers side. Check your manual if you have it.

Those little marker light bulbs have a tendency to cross the pos and neg currents if you're putting one in when your trailer is plugged in to your vehicle. So next time unplug your trailer first. Also make sure there isn't any bare wires exposed from wear and tear or anything like a staple piercing the wire (if your deck is wooden) underneath the trailer from front to back. Typically, the brown wire is running lights (head lights), yellow is left signal/stop, and green is right signal/stop. Lemme know if you need any further help.

  4. sounds like you blew a fuse. locate your vehicle fuse box..somewhere inside around dash area..and check
