Why Can't I Install Yahoo Widgets?

I try to get the starter pack but then it just says, Oops! Something Went Wrong!

I did have it before but ran system recovery on my PC. It was still there but none of my widgets were so I clicked Get More Widgets and then I tried to install a widget but it didn't work. It wasn't in the Add or Remove Programs list but I deleted all the files of it. Then tried installing it again but it still didn't work.
