Why Cant I listen to the different ringers on my Motorola Q ?

I just recently found someting wrong with my Motorola Q, I cannot listen to the different ringers when I go to sounds. anybody have any idea why this happened?? its been working fine until I just noticed it. HELP!! Thanks All!!
