Why Carlo's Jr. commerical on TV always make stupid or fun of consumers?

I watched two commercial, one is that a guy and a lady eating burgers, and he didn't know he got all messy stuffs on his face and a lady told him that here, here and over there. I don't think it is funny at all.

Another one, a guy in the fake restaurant eating burger. He didn't know it is just a fast food burger and fake surroundings. After someone explained he still didn't get it. Look so confused and stupid. I don't get at all.

Can someone explain me what is the main point of these commercial?

Some people think its funny but most people think they are stupid and make no sense, personally I hate their dumb.

They just try to make the commercial funny to advertise the food. Its really stupid because some commercials that addvertise things like that, dont have anything to do with the actual product.
