Why Citi club of chennai called No. 1 Forgery Club ?

Two of Citi Club (Teynampet, Chennai) came to me and collected the amount and they have not provided any card to me for 3 months. I have contacted them for 3 to 4 times and no good response from them. Representatives gave me a receipt with signature. But now signature is not available now. After 3 months they called me and asked to join citi club again. I wanted this to inform everyone in chennai so that they won't be cheated like me.

Chennai (formerly Madras) is in India. do you mean the Citi bank of Chennai?

I can find no information about a club called the City Club of Chennai.
