its not only abt the players they have.though they hav the best team they are not able to work together,not forming very good partnerships and also their captain v.v.s laxman is not the best so.............!

i think because of their spiritless effort& also poor captaincy.

laxman is not fit for captaincy.

he lost many close matches because of his captaincy.

team selection is also bad.vaas& rp have over confidence over themselves and so they cant shine.

actually on paper hydDC r the best T20 team in IPL, when compared to teams like chennai, rajasthan, and punjab  hyd is way ahead, but when it comes to onfield performance they r underdogs, u can blame captian for this, any T20 team needs young captians who can think, act and perform quickly, we now know how important is the captians role in a teams performance, see the difference Dhoni made to chennai in ipl and india in the T20 world cup.

I think the big names are not firing in IPL! They are loosing early wickets.....sometimes not Fielding well and i think luck is not favouring them!
