  1. There should b sumthing on the website 2 get off their mailing list...wait, do u mean REGULAR mail that comes in the mailbox or e-mail...I Don't think they can send u ANYTHING unless u sign up 4 it in the 1st place...mayb sum1 signed u up 4 it?

  2. Are you already homeschooled?  If so, if you're registered with your state, then K12 can get the address lists for marketing purposes.  If it's via email, you *must* have requested access to their scope & sequences, or a spot in a virtual open house.

I don't think your mom will be mad - it's just advertising!!!

  3. You HAVE to tell your mom. It's her home and you are her kid and she is the only one that can put a stop to it.

  4. If all they are sending is junk mail fliers and adds, don't worry.  You can get those without ever contacting them at all, your mom will assume that its just junk mail like all the rest of the junk mail your family gets.

If they are sending you curricula and books, you need to tell your mom and she can make it stop.  I don't see why she'd get mad if you didn't give them your address, they could have just looked you up based on your name.

  5. You did not do anything wrong, sweetie.  K12 has a bad habit of not tracking supplies.  They send things you don't need and don't send things you do need.

Your mom can call K12 and inform them of this mix-up.

In addition, things you do not send for belong to you...they are considered gifts. So, legally the stuff belongs to you.  Just let your mom know.

    All the best.

  6. email them...
