I don't know if it's supposed to be "up and adam" or "up and at them" when people wake up in the morning.

but how did this start?

  1. It's not "up and Adam" it's "Up and at 'em"

  2. Up and at them.  It is a way of saying that you are ready to face the problems of the day as though they were an enemy.

  3. It is"Up an at 'em". Can't say for sure where the phrase comes from though.

  4. it's "up and at 'em"  or "up and at them"

It just means, get up and start your day!!

  5. it's up & at em.

    not adam.

  6. Atom Ant says  Up and Adam Atom Ant

  7. Up and at them.

This basically means "get up and get at the events that are coming your way today".

I always thought of that saying an English way of saying "Carpe diem" or something.
