Why Did Zack Greinke get suspended?

Thats bullcrap. I really dont think it was flipping intentional. Im so pissed right now. we're doomed to lose the twins series(yet i saw that coming) now instead of Davies,Greinke,Meche its flipping Greinke Meche bannister. We better not flipping lose. Why did Greinke frikken get suspended?

"For intentionally throwing at a batter during the top of the seventh inning after warnings had been issued to both  Clubs following the bench clearing incident."

That was what was cited.  After you are given a warning, thats suppose to the be the verbal treaty between the two teams.  You cant throw at a guy after the warning and it would have went both ways.

I don't think he did it on purpose either, but it's standard procedure for the umpires to issue warning to both teams after a brawl or series of HBP.

If you hit someone after that or even just go too far inside they'll eject you. They will believe it was payback from earlier, even if it's not. The league takes the same stance, so they will suspend you.

Also Hillman got ejected and suspended, since it's automatic when the pitcher does what Greinke did, even if it's not on purpose.

It's a stupid thing (warnings, ejections, suspensions), and they need to let the players police themselves like they used to.
