Why Didn't Muslims Leave India In 1947?

When they were SUPPOSED to??? On what basis can they justify their presence in India???

heyyyyyyyyyy...india is a secular country..here people of different religions live...muslims also love to live in india..thats their decision to live...i think u have mis conceptions regarding this religion..i am hindu myself..but dont think like that..according to article 19 of indian constitution..every indian can live anywhere in india..i think u need a brain wash...

no, they were not supposed to leave india anyways,they werent obligated to move from here, i dont see any reason of forcing some one to get out of their motherland.I dont know abt the ppak part but in india it was their wish whoever wants to stay here doesnt has to move anywhere.

And i think this question is irrelivent at this point of time to justify their presence here,muslims are doing very good and I think they are the part of main stream and they need not to prove anything.

Why dont you justify your presence in India for the love of God?

That's not very nice. Why are you being racist? Muslims have as much right to be there as you do. Pakistan and India were joined weren't they, what about all the Hindus that chose to stay there in Pakistan (if any)? And being an Indian, you should be accepting of other cultures as well as your own.

Everyone knows before the british divided India, muslims and other religions in India lived together, and if you go to various places in India you will notice individuals from various backgrounds/religions/cultures living together.

you really need help. you have some problem with India and various religions living together and getting along.
