Question:

Why Do Christians Always Fault Science But Never Their Own Bible?

I mean I never hear a Christian read a story in the Bible and say " Oh ok this maybe a little far fetched" Or maybe these stories passed down hundreds of years changed and God's flood didn't cover the whole earth. Or maybe the Resurrection of Jesus Christ was added later in the Bible and MAYBE just MAYBE,

JESUS wasn't white? Or people lived 800 or 900 years old. h**l people live to 90 and can't wait to die imagine 900 years old???

But Christians are so eager to attack religion and attack schools, and force feed religion dow the neck and put the Bible in the court houses and do everything we can to put us backwards through TIME.

  1. It seems that as both parties engage in rants, they demand that their version of truth is the only possible one, and then both sides of the issue defensively entrench into their positions as a matter of pride...

nobody listens after that because nobody is able to break free from their own preconceptions...

  2. science is an ever changing thing...you can't say those things never happened or people lived that long...it may sound far fetched...yet i don't posses all knowledge to know if it is false or not...nor do you...you guess...and i guess...we have different conclusions...

  3. The Bible is God's Word.  Science can always be wrong, but God's Word can't.  Its that simple.

  4. Your question reveals how little you really know about religion. My experience is that most people are constantly questioning and wondering and working on understanding better.

There are litteraly thousands of books on various aspects of the Old Testament, New Testament, Qur'an and many other religious texts. Some question, some extol, it is much more varied than you know.

    Peace and Blessings,

    Imam Salim

  5. bravo! you are so right!

  6. Faith means that Jesus is the only Son of God, and the Bible is the inerrant Word of God.
