Why Do Fat People Sweat when they Eat?

I am sorry if you find this question rude, but it's for a scientific study. I am writing my PhD thesis paper on the subject of fatties sweating while they eat.

  3. I think it depends more so on the food.  I've never witnessed such behavior over salad or rice cakes.
