Hopefully this theory makes an impact on the ones with a problem of abuse to animals. DIsplacement in the psychological department is more the likely symptom of this abnormality. When we have a conflict with our father (we're talking mainly about the male) then often there is a condition called displacement, you may even call this a denial of a conflict. Counseling is needed in this perspective if any change is to be made.

They have an emotional detachment from what they are doing. Often caused by emotinal trauma from their past. Counciling is needed for these individuals to socially adjust them.

I am against it...

They might have problems of their own and they just hurt an animal because they don't want toget in trouble for hurting a human.They might be venting to the animal and get so mad that they take their anger out on the animal.They might just plain hate animals.
