  1. it doesn't really matter that we vote, it is really a popularity vote. the electorial college is who decides who is president.

  2. Some don't have the time, others cannot vote, and some just won't get out of bed.

  3. Most people are too happy or too lazy with the government we have and don't enforce their democratic power. It's a shame but it occurs all the time.

  4. most other 'democracies' have laws/ fines to make people vote

some even give citizens the day off so that they can go vote

this way people have the choice whether or not to be responsible.

  5. Since John F. Kennedy there hasn't been a candidate that has the U.S. citizens best interest in mind. They are all for themselves and thier rich cronies.

  6. most don't believe it helps.

we just get more of the same lies every election.

    BTW I vote every election

  7. Republicans don't want people to vote.  They have propaganda against voting.

  8. Because when it all comes down to the end. . .every americans vote DOES NOT count.

  9. The right to vote is an illusion to make the American people feel like they have a choice.

The definition of insanity is repeating the same action and expecting different results.

Every 4 years we vote for the best liar to lead the country.

  10. One of the major factors is that there are only two major parties in the United States. Sometimes the stand of these two major parties are surprisingly similar. Like choosing between Tweedel-dum and Tweedel-dee.

The issue that get discussed are very predicable.

Anybody who diviates from the regular issues gets little press coverage, so that the unstandard views of this candidate do  not get a wide hearing, but just enough to say so.

The public is told by the news media that this unstandard candidate has very little popular support. (This is true because they are not well publicised.) This candidate can not (should we read must not) win. DON'T VOTE FOR THIS PERSON BECAUSE YOU ARE WASTING YOUR VOTE!!!)

ALL THE VOTERS WANT TO VOTE FOR THE WINNER!!!!!

Who will the winner be----Good question.

It might be a better idea not to vote, than vote for someone who will not win!!!

(What do you think about this!!!)

  11. Although I did vote in the last election, I think the reason a lot of people dont vote is because they dont relate or understand to these old guy candidates.  And as South Park elegantly stated, whats the point of voting between a giant douche and a t**d sandwich...lol.

  12. Because of the cooks that are always running for office. They have turned elections into a hollywood playground.

  13. Maybe because they feel they are wasting their time when the electoral college is going to make the final decision anyways. Plus with the govt being so corrupt and the elections being handled fraudulently in the past, they know the president will be appointed spokesperson puppet by the Elites, not the American people.
