  1. its b/c teams call eachothers bs and wait till the deadline, when teams realize that their demands aren't even with market value, and they come to their senses and do the right thing

  2. It has to do with 2 different reasons I think.  First reason is because every GM wants to get as much as possible in return for what they're giving up.  They explore all of their options because they really don't care where they send the guy (except within their own division most of the time), just what they get in return for it.  The second reason is teams wait to see who is out of contention of a playoff spot and who is basically giving up on the season.

  3. it is when nobody expects to be traded that makes it  so fanastcing ,,

an example the New york -Tiger had caught many of the band wagoners off guard,, while the True Fans knew it was possible, since I-rod never wanted to be in Detroit,, like many boys that dream of being a Yankee not a tiger,

The one thing that gets me confused is that the Gem's know at the end of every season what they need and don't need, if they had taken care of this stuff during the off season it would save trouble for parties involved,

  4. Beacuse The GM's are always lookin for the best deal possible,

so they wait till the very end and if they dont find a better deal,

    they pull the trigger.
