Why Does Central Pennsylvania Suck So Much?

Nothing good to eat. Nothing to do. Nothing happening. Rude people. Drive three hours to the beach, Drive three hours to a major stadium. This is the worst place I have ever lived and I am glad Im leaving.

It's been said many of the youth (age group ??) have moved out of that area, leaving behind all the rude in-laws (ha-ha).

Oh hush - PA isn't that bad. You probably live in a S****y area.. But where I live in central there is a ton of stuff to do. And plus you don't love mountains and being outdoors?

Like much of the "Rust Belt", all industry/jobs have left, leaving pretty much nothing behind. Pennsylvania sucks if you get down to it.  Philadelphia has more in common with New Jersey than the rest of the state, and Pittsburgh is more Midwest, like Ohio. The rest of Pennsylvania...kinda scary like you said.

Like Paco said, anything other than Philadelphia or Pittsburgh can be referred to as Pennsyltucky.  Not much going on exept some nice scenery.
