Why Does Channel 7 ignore Australian gold medals!?

Matthew Mitchem 30 minutes ago...won gold in the diving in an AMAZING effort.

Yet Channel 7 show boring c**p....and wait to cut and paste etc and replay it ... now...you'll see it in 5 minutes!

I'm sick of Channel 7 and their pathetic coverage.

None besides us seem to care otherwise it would be news worthy on other stations or spokesman from 7 would make announcement and apologise.....just turn 7 off no matter what fantastic new shows they may have BO (before the Olympics) and as we all know........"AFTER THE OLYMPICS"

Where are you that Channel 7 is doing the coverage.  I would guess that the National Network and not your local channel is making the errors that you so dislike.

technically he only won it a few minutes ago because we were waiting for the other divers....but yes amazing and Channel 7, shame shame shame!!!!!!!

Man that was amazing. I can't believe they only just showed it.

I hope channel 7 Australia are monitoring these discussions so they know how annoyed the Australian public is with their lack of live coverage of Australian participation in events. The Pole Vaulting Gold was even more delayed- at least the diving they kept us up to date - albeit lagging a fair bit behind the live performance.

And now the medal ceremony is shown immediately after his dive - cluing us in that the dive shots weren't live! He's so excited!

I wish they would at least indicate somewhere on the screen whether things are live, delayed or replays- it's incredibly frustrating. And that's my whinge seeing as I have been sick the past two weeks with nothing to do but watch the Olympics and silently cheer... Not that Im complaining about the chance to watch the Olympics as they unfold- would just be nice if it was actually as they were unfolding...
