Why Does She Wear a Wedding Ring?

Question

My friend who is 45 unmarried, wears an old wedding ring, and has tons of bridal magazines at home, and loves to look at wedding dresses on weekends. She'll try them on waste time with the clerk, and put all that stuff on which takes time........

Then there's me who tries to help her find a nice guy to settle down with. She tells me that the ring, and the dress are most important and easy to obtain.............

Is she nuts?????

She's never been married, or proposed to but wearing the ring will minimize her options.

I guess she feels like she will never marry since she is 45 and no one has ever proposed to her..Maybe wearing a ring and looking at a magazines and trying wedding dress makes her feel good..Kind of like she is living her dream without the guy..Thats why she says its easy to obtain..=)

I think deep down your friend is truely unhappy..45 isn't that old its never too late to live her dream..Maybe you can ask her to switch the ring to the other side of the finger so the guys will know she is available..Or you can just let the guys know she is available..You seem to be a nice friend of hers Im sure you will find someone for her..Find the guy who is alot like her...Think where they would be? where would they hangout at? well it honestly depends on how long youve been friends with her maybe someone did propose to her maybe that ring represents a guy that was once in her life
