Why Does Yahoo put this story on the feature section?

I feel like this cyclone that happen is devastating killing over 22,000 but why not put this as featured instead of some d**n story about some kid who takes off his jersey for wearing it all the time???? I feel like sometimes they dont put the most important news on that section...
