Why I can't customise my folder option now?Previously it works just fine

It says contact system administrator because it has been retricted..contact who? and who restricted?

this is do to virus, it changed ur reg. setting.

this is bcoz virus. but still u can access folder option from control panel

You should probably run a scan on your PC to see if you have any new viruses because a virus could have changed your registry settings if it has you will have to find it in the registry.

Press [Windows button] + [R]

Type in "regedit" without the quotes

and try to search for it (Do Not!, change anything you aren't certain about!, Or delete anything most of the things in the regestry your computer needs to either run or work.)

Here is the solution:

->Run -> Type gpedit.msc

Then:

->User Configuration ->Administrative Templates --> Windows Components --> Windows Explorer-> Removes the Folder Options menu item from the Tools menu.

Right click:

-> Properties -> Disable ->Apply
