You must have a technical problem with your email service.. you should look for a help optiom or customer service option at the site you have your email with.. and send them a message about your problems

This , may be a Glitch ,in 360 and may clear up in a day

Go to your mailbox page, Click on the word '''send'''left of that page

and delete all your old out going messages. You need to manully clean your mailbox out. Then try sending messages
