Why I cannot open some files?

I cannot open some files such as maplesea & audition.When i double click it,a box will appear it says: The publisher could not be verified,Are you sure you want to run this software?I click Run,then the box disappear and nothing happened,I waited for an hour by doing other things but nothing happened,I kept on clicking but still nothing happened!

I cannot play maplesea & audition.I tried uninstalling and download the full version but the same thing happened,i cannot play the games! I really want to play the 2 games,do NOT recommend me new games (I will not choose you as best answer).

Are you using Vista? It could be a glitch feature that's crapping out on you.

If you are running MapleSea outside your region then it should auto-phail because you're not allowed to cross restrictive geolocational gaming servers.
