Why I get opccasional black static pixels when playing a DVD on my 32 HDTV?

Sometimes I get one lone black 1"x2" black square, roughly center on the 32 HDTV (sometimes it will flash on-off). Occasionally I get two widely spaced apart black "pixel"-like black rectangles. ONLY when I play a DVD. Not when viewing TV or VHS. I have cleaned the lens so it is not that.

your problem is probobly the disc, or the dvd player. try using more than 1 dvd, or using a brand new dvd. if not, repace th dvd player r have it fixed
