Why I get repitative yawning in the evening from 4.30 pm onwards ?

I would like to know why i get repitative yawning in the evening from 4:30 onwards and feel like i need to take nap?

  1. If your body is telling you to take a nap, it's because you need to take a nap!


  2. did anyone else yawn when they saw this question?

    maybe it is psychological and you are thinking that you are repetitively yawning after 4.30. try and keep your mind busy to not think about it.  

  3. u mite b up to a heavy workout for the whole day.....

    or another reasong cn b medicines...if u take any medcines dey r surely da reason....cuz it gives u a feeling to take a nap specially during evening.....

    and take some rest dear.......get off the net to stop these yawning

  4. if u feel so, certainly u need 2 do it.if u resist it everything may go wrong.or if u dont want 2 take a nap,then take a stroll,leaving everything from ur mind, allow ur mind 2 wander & b like a free bird.

    dont consider these as serious problems&get stressed,try 2 relieve ur mind.

  5. have you been inside all day??? A gig dose of fresh air can work wonders.  Also you may be dehydrated....have a few glasses of water

  6. If you work in an ac office without fresh air for a long time the yawnig could be your body reacting to higher concentration of co2.This will also make you feel drowsy. take a walk outside and get some fresh air for 10 min. Also a lack of water / dehydration causes yawning.
