Why I received a mysterious call??????

Question

At 3 am of the morning (I was awake ) I received a call talking in a evil way. I immediately recognize that voice it was similar of the voice of my brother

This is the actual conversation:

"Hello"

me-"Matthew is it you why are you trying to scary me where are you"

"I am here"

"WHERE ARE YOU"

"I am here"

That was it I hanged up the phone on him I went immediately to his room and he was deeply sleep. He got angry because I waked him

it was not a prank from him

so immediately I thought that It must be my brother Charlie

He was in North Carolina so I did not call him

When He returned yesterday I asked him if it was him who called He swear that he was not the one who called. He got scare too.

plus it couldn't be his voice. He had a very different voice.

So who called me ??

at 3am??

I am serious and it wasn't a dream because I am 19 and I am old enough to know when I am dreaming . plus I was dress up.

It was either some kid at a sleep over, or a really bored person. They decided to pick someone in the phone book to bother and you were the not-so-lucky winner.

As for the voice, I've heard people that sound EXACTLY like my sister, but they aren't my sister.

So, I think you're overreacting a little bit, but if they keep calling back, report it to the police.

Also, invest in caller ID so that way you know what phone number is calling.

Don't you have caller ID? My caller ID shows even private callers phone #'s, it just doesn't list their name. You could probably call your phone company and find out who called you from your phone record or something.

Whether you know the person or not, sounds as if you've been the unwitting victim of a prank call ~ nothing paranormal about it.

Just be thankful you don't get the dreaded telemarketers calling you like I have in the past...10+ calls per day, every day over a 6 week period, ALL hours of the day & night (the overseas ones don't have to abide by the time structures when they're allowed/not allowed to call apparently) made my life utter h**l.

an evil spirit, you never heard of this, I got it once but it was during the daytime. The person on the other end said nothing but th eskin on th eback of my head stood striaght up, I hung th ephone up, talk about a wrong #.

It is interesting that the call came in at 3am. 3am is known as the witching hour where evil spirits are said to be more active. So if nobody is pranking you perhaps it could me a demon or an evil spirit is trying to frighten you.You can pray asking Jesus Christ to protect you and your family. By praying I mean simply going somewhere privately and just talk to God like you would a normal person asking him for his protection. Then you need to command those spirits to leave your home in the name of Jesus Christ.By commanding them I mean telling them forcefully as if you could see them (like you would a human being) to leave you and your house alone, using the name of Jesus Christ. If you are still having a problem ask a pastor to bless your home, to pray for the safety of you and your family and for his advice on the situation.

i live with a ghost/spirit, she is a young girl that had a mean aunt. she has made contact with me by phone. that call made me a true believer! (more on the phone call at end) so... at first she was mad at me, till i told her i'm not the one who hurt her. i told her i didn't mind if she stayed in my home. i told her i like her being here and she can stay as long as she wants. i told her i didn't know what happened to her, but i wish i knew, and felt sorrow for her. so anyways... i always leave the tv on at night.(most ghosts/spirits like tv) one night i woke up... Wide Awake! (i think she had something to do with that) and went for a drink of water,(usually i just go back to sleep) as i walked past the tv, antiques roadshow was on. i HEARD the guy say "sinister aunt"... when he said "SPINAKER aunt". they were looking at an old painting... of... the girls family! left to right was: her mom, her on the piano, fireplace, baby in bassinet, her brother, and her aunt,sitting at a spinning wheel. the aunt was THE sinister/spinaker, (a spinaker:is one who uses a spinning wheel) the father had long passed. in a split second i think she threw what happened into my thoughts... mom and brother went to town for supplies(town was far in them days) she stayed home ,the aunt watched her and the baby. she was playing the piano. the aunt got mad and said stop. she continued to play a bit more to finish the song. the aunt was so mad she slammed the piano key cover on her little hands crippling them... sorry this next part is a bit graffic... not knowing what to do, or how to explain to her mother, she killed the girl and hid the body, and told the mother she ran away. THIS WHOLE THOUGHT/IMAGE CAME TO ME IN A SPLIT SECOND AS I GLANCED AT THE TV! before i went back to sleep i told her how sorry i felt for her and my heart aches for her. NOW TO THE PHONE CALL! a couple nights later as i went to bed,i told her i wish i knew what her name was. 2:30ish my cellphone rings. i figure it's a wrong number (you know,bar time) THEN... voicemail chimes in. maybe one of my friends needs a ride home.(i don't drink) so i call it (i'm in michigan, my cell has a california area code, 310 for travel) the voicemail is from cali'...310! it's a girl, she said.. high john it's mandy,(my name is john)it's kinda late, (11:30ish in cali) i won't make it over tonight, maybe friday we can get coffee or somthing. call me. bye. Ooo.Kay...so it's just a wrong number? or was it? she was calling john, (my name is john, 310---310) i call her back to tell her she DIALED a wrong number and my name is john, and i have a 310 area code but i'm in michigan, but i'm not HER friend john in cali., and she still needs to call him. GET THIS!!! SHE SAID SHE DIDN'T DIAL! she used her phones contact to call! but it went to MY phone. i called sprint, they said, that can't happen. BUT IT DID! now i know her name is Mandy,.some day soon i'm going to get a piano for her to play. thats what she wants to do. WOWW I JUST GOT A CHILL...BUT PEACEFUL...she must be sitting with me at the computer. i will get the piano soon Mandy :-)

Pranks aside, I had a weird call many years ago.

I was in my house in the Cincinnati area, and a person called with an Italian accent. I answered in Italian. We made arrangements to meet at the plant, where we were both working at the time. He was an attached engr from FIAT, Torino.

I invited him to dinner, and I asked about the call. He had dialed a completely different number. We concluded that we were 'fated' to meet. We became good friends, and we had some nice reunions with his friends and their respective wives.

Your brother could have pranked you I've had some relatives that were good at faking sleep.

Barring that, if you never get the call again forget it.  If you do get it again go directly to your brothers room and throw open the door,  to see if you can catch him in the act.   Or contact the phone co. and change your number and if all that doesn't work then its time to get a priest or religious leader to help you.

If it was your brother's number, then I'd look on his outgoing call log and see if your number was called at 0300.

*In high school I used to get prank calls from girls in the middle of the night to try to scare me...they stopped becuase I ended up scaring them on the phone! HA, HA, HA (my little sweet revenge)...

Kids at slumber parties do crazy stuff, especially at 3 a.m.  Some 10 year old kids, high on sugar, caffeine and horror movies were dialing random numbers and you got lucky.  Don't feel bad though, you probably made their night.

Dude you are extremely gullible.  It was your bro.  When you came in he hid the phone under the bed and pretended to be asleep when you came in.  Even if it wasnt him, it was still just a prank.  this definitely wouldnt be something paranormal.
