A couple things... what governmental branch are you requesting to investigate this.. I don't know the details of what you are asking.

And whenever money is involved, you can bet your top dollar that the USA is going to rip up off and give you the complete run-around on the issue.

Well, it's pretty clear from your question that you're not an American.  Why should our government start investigating foreign people and companies just because some foreigner asks them to?

What is the national interest for us?  Do you know how many letters/emails different law enforcement agencies get every day of the same kind as yours?
