Why I should not buy Denon AVR-1909 A/V receiver?

I will buy a new A/V receiver soon. Initially, I was thinking about getting Sony STR-DG920, but now I am leaning toward Denon because I have heard that it makes better A/V receivers.

Are there any reasons I should not buy Denon AVR-1909? What other receiver that is around $650 should I buy (include brand and model, please)?

Below are essential features that I look for in an A/V receiver:

1. BOTH video and audio quality (I know that Denon's audio is good, but is video good as well?)

2. upconversion to 1080p

3. video source switching
