Why did the selectors and Dhoni pick such a young squad. Fair enough sachin is out of the series because of an injury, but that means the only real quality experience in the side is Sehwag, and even he is erractic sometimes with his strokeplay.

so in that squad there isnt a Dravid or Sachin who would play a total team knock, and are prepared to grind it out, and stay in the middle, plus there is no techniqual masters in that side, now that Sachin And Dravid aint there.

Causes of lose:

1-Absence of Virendar Sehwag:The one and only man survived the bowling of murali& mendis in test series.

2-False replacement: Virat Kohli, he is not in good form (check the score card in IPL).Badarinath, well performed in IPL ,he is better to open the innings than Kohli.

3-Bowling changes: IPathan is not bowled well,but he bowled 7 overs.(7-0-35-0).Ohja bowled only 3 overs.(3-0-9-0).RP Singh(well performed in IPL) sholud replace with IPathan in next match.

Sehwag revealed that how to face these 2 spinners.But indian players didn't followed. May be next match they will come back with new face.

Can't say..But its bad time for Indian cricket team..The selectors should think about including the Senior players..The experience of Seniors and the courage of Juniors will be a perfect blend..Sure;this will fetch victory..

Let India put any players in the team. They will lose the series 5-0. I had predicted this few days back. Please see the reference.

Sri Lanka can be defeated only under one situation by India: They should remove 4 players - Sanga, Mahela, Mendis, Murali. This Lankan team is a world champion team. The competition is only for the 2nd spot between Australia, South Africa and India. There is nothing to be ashamed of in losing to a better team. If only loss is there, why not with juniors ?

I have never been a fan of dhoni........

I do believe that we need Rahul, Sachin and Sourav............at least until the time when we find some one special.......some one who has the quality to replace them....But I do believe that they cannot be replaced.......

I think the main reason why we lost the match is coz of the inexperience and the awesome performance of SL..
