Why Indian Communists are against Development Projects in India?

Indian Communists seems to be objecting all types of Developmental Projects in this Country. Introduction of computers, (which they have successfully delayed in states they were in power) I.T. Industries, Nuclear Power Projects etc.. Is it because they like the poor people to remain poor, then why?

we should ask the question to the people who are electing Communists over and over again.

Calcutta was home of more than 35 % Indian companies in 1947 and now all companies have moved out of Calcutta.

Still people in Bengal electing only Communists
