All of the above except d. Lack of Talent. I think there is abundance of talent in India. BCCI is not keen on grooming and nurturing the raw talent into brilliant cricketers. There are just ordinary cricketers now. The cricketers at lower levels are not trained properly. All the talent who play in the streets are not identified. You can say, a lot of them around your house plays better cricket than some players in the Indian team. That is called raw talent. Develop them, India can overthrow Australia from the throne of world dominance in cricket. I'm sure a lot of that raw talent can fling themselves onto ball and stop it, and can effect runouts from the outfield with a direct hit, or hit the ball with great power out of the boundary, and bowl with deadly accuracy and pace; but they lacks the means and willpower to find themselves a way into the national team or at least the state teams. Remind yourselves the story of 'Iqbal' starring Shreyas Talpade and Naseeruddin Shah ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Iqbal_(film... ).
