I think a more detailed explanation is needed, as Indoor Soccer is completely different than soccer (indoor soccer players are professional too and are nor soccer players), and of course Indoor Hockey is not Hockey for the same reasons than Soccer and Indoor Soccer (and even Indoor Hockey is played with 4 wheel skates)

  1. I have no good reason, but i feel like soccer players have a hard enough time trying to stay healthy for their club teams and international teams, then to try and put together an indoor team would be a big commitment, and it's completely different from playing outdoor, the best players would stick with outdoor and i feel like indoor soccer would just be a sideshow, and while it may still be entertaining to watch, it would have no big name players and actual soccer players wouldn't care about it as much imo
