  2. He obviously thinks voting fraud and other types of fraud will benefit him. A sad individual.

  3. I couldn't find a reference to what you are talking about, in terms of a Congressman.

    However, there are concerns about the accuracy of the system. It's been estimated that 1 out of 25 names entered in the system have a mistake attached. When a name is submitted, the system blinks ... and rejects the person.

    It sounds like it needs some adjustments to work properly.
