Why Isn't My Limewire working

Yeah ever since i updated my limewire to the new version 4.18 or whatever... it doesnt work

ive tried EVERYTHING, ive tried doing everything they said to do, even opening limewire its own little space in my firewall

but all it does is say "connecting" for like EVER, it sits there and says "connecting" and wont let me search for music or anything

any idea what i should do?? How can i fix it?

Try disabling all the firewalls on your PC and make sure that the router's firewall is disabled too. Make sure limewire is an exception in Firewall. Disable all AntiViruses and try. If it connects, than it means that these security programs have been doing sumthing.
