Why Isn't My OK Button Working?

I have a Verizon Wireless LG Envy2. I've only had it for 2 months and the OK button doesn't work. I have a case on it and everything but i don't know what happened. Can you please help me?

maybe you could try reassigning the ok button to a different one

Maybe somebody messed around with it. Just call the Verizon Company and talk to them. Maybe they can fix you a sweet deal with a new LG Envy2 for free or something.

OMG! Mine too. I've spilled alcohol on it once, and have dropped it.  But the everything else is fine. But to unlock the front screen i have to press it like 70 times. I'm taking it to the store... and when I get an AIM IM a black box shows up on the front screen. Yours too?
