Why Isn't my Laptop Reading my SPORE Creature Creator Disk?

I put the CD into my laptop and it just doesn't show up with auto run, I went to my computer and it hadn't shown up after 1 hour. I put it on my other computer and it read the CD and when I installed it, the program didn't work, now I'm trying to uninstall and re install it but A I can't find the uninstall program and B when I used add/remove programs, it didn't uninstall properly. Please help me as I want to create creatures!

heres a solution.

Click Start

Run

C:/program files/

find spore folder (it may be inside a folder named by the company the game)

delete the folder and everything in it.

Reinstall the game.
